AKW Medical has been in business for over 30 years. Remember the 90s? Back in the the day, there was no such thing as the Internet and our customers used to buy medical equipment in a much different way!

To this day we still offer our customers a way to shop for medical supplies offline, via a direct phone call or here at our headquarters in San Diego, California.

The Digital Era

As technology moved forward, we focused on providing our customers access to our services and medical supplies online. It all started with our very first website launched right before the turn of the century in 1999.

Since then, we have striven to provide an easy access to not only medical supplies via the World Wide Web to our customers but also services to cater to those clients looking for preventive equipment maintenance, repairs and calibration─check our services page for more information!

The transition from the preceding website to this one allowed us to fine-tune our line of medical supplies─out with the old, in with the new! In doing so, we added and/or revamped 41 medical equipment categories ranging from ABI Systems to Warming Cabinets and everything in between.
