The Zoll Pedi-Padz II Pediatric Electrodes are designed specifically for the AED Plus. The Intelligent Pediatric Capability uses voice and texts prompts which ensures that the right pads are being used for a pediatric patient. Specific pediatric algorithm’s are used to analyze the victirm’s heart rhythms, and these pads can be used for children up to 8 years of age. The AED Plus will recognize when the Pedi-Pads II are connected and will automatically switch over to pediatric ECG and will adjust the energy output to pediatric levels. 24-Month Shelf-Life.
